Reserve. Heat 2 T oil in pan over medium. Add potatoes and apples. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and partially soft, about 15 minutes. Add onions. Continue cooking until potatoes are soft enough to be cut through. Add rosemary and bacon. Mix and serve with fried egg on top.
